The Kemper Center makes a great “get away" location for any type of business function. Free from the distractions of the workplace, your conference, seminar, or business meeting is bound to be more productive for its attendees. The Kemper Center is just far enough away yet still close to and easily accessible from Kenosha’s business parks and the I-94 corridor to make it the perfect setting for your gathering.

The Kemper Center’s variety of spaces are well suited for all styles of business meetings. Whether you are hosting a private meeting or one that is small to medium sized, rooms can be set up in any formation to accomodate your group. Classroom, Banquet, Boardroom, Theatre, and U-Shaped seating configurations are the most common, but our hospitality staff will work with you to arrange the rooms to best suit your needs.

All rooms feature wireless internet access. Other equipment such as whiteboards and easels are also available.

Simmons Auditorium – capacity 150
Built by the founder of the Simmons Company, the Auditorium seats up to 150 guests. This area has hardwood floors, a large stage, and wall murals dating to the 1800s. Winding stairways to a cafe balcony overlooking the  main dining area are unique features that distinguish this room.  See room photos here.

Founders Hall – capacity 115
Founders Hall is a carpeted two-level area with wheelchair access. The area allows for seamless flow and a brick patio with a fountain makes for a lovely picture setting. See room photos here.

Ambrose Hall – capacity 50
Ambrose Hall is a wonderful setting for a smaller event with full breathtaking lake views on the east side of the Kemper Center. Hardwood floors and a porch with access to the grounds are perfect on a summer evening. A separate room for food/bar creates a natural flow. See room photos here.

Study Hall (with Chem Lab and Library) – capacity 80
The Study Hall and Chem Lab are one of our most unique spaces. Three separate, but conjoined rooms are located on the second floor of this historic building. The Chem Lab is a hip bar backdrop – facing the Lake on the east and providing beautiful views. This area is perfect for high boy tables blended with traditional table seating. See room photos here.
