The Study Hall and Chem Lab are one of our most unique spaces. Three separate, but conjoined rooms are located on the second floor of this historic building. The Chem Lab is a hip bar backdrop for mixologists – facing the Lake on the east and providing beautiful views. This area is perfect for high boy tables blended with traditional table seating that allow for conversation and dancing.
